Changing or cancelling an order

What you can change about an order depends on whether a time has been agreed yet. Before that, it's a negotiation and you can back out of it. After, only the seller can cancel.

1. 1Open the order chat.
2. 2If it's your turn to reply, tap Choose a reply at the bottom.
3. 3To ask for a different time instead of the one offered, tap **Suggest another time** and pick a slot.
4. 4To accept the offered time, tap Yes — that works.
5. 5To call the order off, tap Cancel the order. This takes effect right away and doesn't ask for a reason.

What to expect

Cancel the order only appears while you're still negotiating a time — it's part of the same reply sheet as accepting or countering. It isn't there if it isn't currently your turn to reply.
