Messaging a seller about your order
Order chat isn't a text box — it's a set of structured replies tied to whatever step the order is on, so there's always a clear next move instead of a blank line to fill in.
- 1Open the order from Orders → Buying.
- 2When it's your turn, a chip like "Your turn" appears and **Choose a reply** lights up at the bottom of the chat.
- 3Tap it and pick from what's offered — accept the proposed time, suggest a different one, or cancel, depending on where the order is.
- 4Watch the thread for a Handoff instructions card — that's the seller's instructions for the handoff, shown right in the conversation.
- 5Tap Order details in the header any time to see your items, total, and pickup or delivery info.
What to expect
There's no free-text field. The chat itself says as much: "Replies follow the order steps — no typing needed." Every message you see is one of a small set — a proposed time, an accepted time, a cancellation, or a system note — not open conversation.
If it isn't your turn, there's nothing to tap yet. A "How orders get confirmed" link in the chat explains what you're waiting on.
