Planning your pickup route

If you have more than one pickup coming up, EZHomesteading groups the ones for the same day into a trip and lays out the stops in order, with the drive between each.

Prerequisites

At least one pickup order — this only applies to pickup, not delivery, since there is nothing to route on a delivery.

1. 1Go to Orders and switch to the Buying tab.
2. 2Under Upcoming, find a trip card and tap View route — or open one of its orders and tap Pickup trip in the chat header.
3. 3Review the stops for that day, numbered in the order you'll visit them. Stops at the same venue, like two sellers at one farmers market, are grouped together under that venue's name.
4. 4Tap Open in Maps on a day to get turn-by-turn directions through every stop for that day.

What to expect

The trip page is titled "Your pickup trip," with each day as its own card showing a map, the drive time and distance between stops, and the address for each one. A banner reminds you: "Your card is authorized — payment is captured when each seller confirms."

If everything in a trip has already been collected or cancelled, the page tells you there's nothing left to pick up there.
