Payout terms

What this covers
The commission taken on a sale, what happens to it when an order is refunded, and when the rest of a sale reaches your bank account.
Commission
EZHomesteading takes a 10% commission on the subtotal of each order. There's no separate fee charged to the buyer — the price a buyer pays is the price you set, plus whatever any of your own pricing already accounts for. There's also no booth fee or listing fee; the commission is the only amount taken, and only on a completed sale.
Commission on a refund
If an order is refunded, in full or in part, the commission comes back too. EZHomesteading doesn't keep its share on money that gets refunded to a buyer — a partial refund shrinks your payout and the platform's commission by the same proportion, and a full refund returns both in full. See Dispute and refund policy for how a refund gets decided in the first place.
When you get paid
Once an order is fulfilled, your share moves to your connected bank account through Stripe. From there, arrival timing follows Stripe's standard payout schedule for your account — EZHomesteading doesn't set or override that schedule, so how soon a payout lands depends on your Stripe account's own settings and history, not a fixed number of days promised here.
Your Payouts screen shows where each transfer is: Deposited once it's landed, On its way once Stripe has sent it, Scheduled if it hasn't gone out yet, or Failed or Canceled if something went wrong. If a payout is stuck, see Payouts are not arriving.
