Painting your fulfillment schedule
The schedule painter is a weekly calendar you paint by hand — drag across the hours you can hand goods over, and buyers can only book inside what you've painted.
Prerequisites
Know your store's role first (Co-op or Grower) — it changes what you can paint. See "How your fulfillment schedule works" for what green and yellow mean before you start.
- 1Open your schedule from the setup checklist ("Set your hours") or from Selling's calendar. Make sure the Weekly pattern tab is selected — the other tab, Specific dates, is for one-off overrides.
- 2The first time you open it, pick a starting template, or tap **Set my own hours instead →** to start from a blank week.
- 3If your store is a Co-op Location, choose your brush: **Fulfillment window paints green, the hours buyers can actually book; Late orders OK** paints yellow, hours when an incoming order skips your lead time. A Grower Location only paints fulfillment windows — there is no yellow option.
- 4Drag across a day strip to paint exactly that span. A single tap opens a default one-hour window instead.
- 5Adjust what you've painted: hold a window and drag to slide it, or drag either edge to resize it. Tap a day's two-letter label to open just that day on its own.
- 6Tap Save changes when you're done.
What to expect
Editing your schedule never touches orders you've already accepted — it only shapes what buyers can book going forward.
Below the calendar, Lead time sets the notice you need before any handoff, for the whole store. Dropping it under 24 hours shows a warning that most sellers need a day's notice, and dropping it under 6 hours asks you to confirm — you're agreeing to fulfill orders placed as little as that many hours out.
