Leaving a review

Once an order is complete, both sides can rate each other — a buyer reviews the seller, and a seller reviews the buyer, from the same order chat.

1. 1Open the order once it's marked Complete.
2. 2Tap Leave a review for [their name].
3. 3Tap 1 to 5 stars to rate them.
4. 4Optionally add a note about how it went.
5. 5Tap Send review.

What to expect

The prompt reads "How was your order?" with a note that "Your review of [name] is public on their profile." A star rating is required before Send review turns on; the written note is optional.

Once it's sent, the button is replaced with "Review sent — thanks!" and you can't submit a second one for the same order.
