Choosing a pickup or delivery time
Before you check out, each seller in your basket shows a time — either one you picked or one suggested for you. This is your opening move in the scheduling conversation, not a locked-in booking.
- 1Open your basket. Each seller's card shows either a suggested time ("Suggested for the smoothest trip") or a prompt to add your location if there isn't one yet.
- 2Tap that row to open the time picker.
- 3Tap Earliest to jump straight to the soonest bookable time, or pick a day and scroll to a specific time within that seller's open hours.
- 4Tap Set time to apply your choice to that seller.
- 5Repeat for any other seller in your basket, then check out.
What to expect
Times are limited to a seller's actual open hours, in 15-minute steps — you cannot land on a time they haven't made available. If a time falls after a seller's freshness window for what you're buying, the picker flags it as "past peak" — it's still fine to buy, just no longer at its best.
What you set here is sent to the seller as a proposal, not a confirmed booking. They confirm, counter, or you finish the back-and-forth afterward in the order's chat.
