Accepting and scheduling an order
A new order doesn't land empty — the buyer already proposed a time at checkout. Scheduling it is just answering that proposal: accept it, counter it, or, if you can't fill it, cancel it.
Prerequisites
Paint your fulfillment schedule first. The times you can offer back come from it, so an empty schedule leaves you nothing to counter with.
- 1Open the order. Until you reply, its status reads Waiting on your store name, and the action bar shows a Choose a reply button.
- 2Tap Choose a reply. A sheet titled "Does this time work?" opens, showing the time they asked for.
- 3If it works, tap Yes — that works. The order moves straight to Scheduled.
- 4If it doesn't, tap Suggest another time instead. You'll see a list of other bookable times pulled from your schedule — tap one to send it back. The order moves to Awaiting buyer while they decide, and they can accept, counter again, or cancel.
- 5If you can't fill the order at all, tap Cancel the order from the same sheet. You'll be asked for a reason, which the buyer sees, and it can't be undone.
What to expect
Your Today board's Needs you card offers the same choice without opening the full chat — Accept this time or Pick another time, right on the card.
Every order that reaches you unscheduled is on a clock: you have a set window to reply before it cancels itself.
