How seasons work
A season is a plan hung off one of your listings — when it's typically in season, and roughly how much you expect to have. It never puts anything up for sale by itself; what buyers can actually order still only ever comes from a batch you log.
Setting the window
A season starts as whole months — Starts in and Through — not exact dates. You can nudge the real dates each year without touching the months. Nothing here touches what buyers can buy.
Planning a year
For any year, you can add a projection: how many units, over what stretch — a day, a week, a month, or the whole season — and optionally a price you have in mind. All three are optional guesses. The price is never binding, and none of it becomes stock, sets a real price, or is something a buyer can order against.
Season states
Each year of a season moves through states: Planned, Confirm to go live, Sitting this year out, In season, Season over, and Wrapped up. A planned year needs you to tap Go live or Not this year before it does anything.
Letting buyers see it's coming
Once a year is pending, you can choose to show buyers that it's coming. They see the months and can follow the listing — never your quantity or price estimate.
A couple of things first
Going live on a season checks the same setup every listing needs: a store, a schedule, and payouts connected. If any are missing, nothing publishes — your season stays saved, and you're pointed at what to finish first.
After the season
Once a season ends, a recap fills in on its own: what sold through the app, what you sold at the stand or a market, and how that compares to what you planned. Stand and market sales count in quantity only — nothing guesses what you charged for them off-platform. The recap is a snapshot taken when the season closed; a later refund or dispute doesn't move it.
