My order never arrived

Symptoms

A delivery order you never confirmed receiving shows up in the order chat as complete, and the seller has already been paid — even though nothing showed up.

Cause

Delivery orders don't wait on you forever to confirm. Once the agreed delivery time passes, you get a reminder after 24 hours, and if you still haven't confirmed by 48 hours after that time, the order completes on its own and the seller is paid — the reasoning is that the seller has already done their part, so silence resolves in their favor rather than against it. That auto-completion happens whether or not the delivery actually arrived.

Fix

Open the order. Once it shows as complete, a Report a problem button appears next to the option to leave a review. Tap it, choose Order never arrived, describe what happened, and add up to 3 photos if you have any — of the delivery spot, for example. Our team follows up with both sides once it's filed, and the order is marked under review while that happens.

File it as soon as you notice — the order was already paid out once it auto-completed, so the dispute is what puts that back under review.
