I can't edit a listing or store address

Symptoms

A field that's normally editable shows Locked instead of Edit, with a note underneath explaining why. It happens on a listing's store, unit, price, or minimum order, or on a store's address.

Cause

Those fields freeze while an order is open against them, so a change can never land underneath a price or address a buyer already agreed to. "Open" covers any order that's awaiting a reply, scheduled, ready, handed off, or under dispute — not just ones still being negotiated.

A store address shows: "You have orders in progress at this address, so it can't change yet." A listing's store, units, price, or minimum order shows: "This listing has orders in progress, so its store, units, price and minimum order are locked until they close out."

An order that's only been checked out and not yet confirmed by you is a lighter case. It doesn't lock the field outright — saving offers to cancel it for you instead, since nobody has agreed to anything on it yet.

Fix

Wait for the blocking orders to finish or get cancelled, then the field unlocks on its own — nothing else clears it early.

If it's a store address you need to change, open an additional store at the new address instead. Your live orders stay attached to the original one, and the new store is free to edit right away.

If the only thing blocking a save is an unconfirmed order, you can go ahead — the save cancels it as part of confirming, and that can't be undone.
