My store isn't getting orders
Symptoms
Your store and listings show up fine in the market, but buyers aren't adding anything to a basket, or you're getting far fewer orders than the number of people browsing near you would suggest.
Cause
The market doesn't rank stores by anything you can buy or opt into. A buyer's results sort by whether you're inside their search area first, then — only if they typed a search — by how well your title matches it, then by distance, and otherwise by a shuffle that changes on every visit. There's no featured placement and no way to outrank a nearer or better-matched stand.
Two things you do control still shape what a buyer sees, though. Your fulfillment schedule feeds a pickup or delivery availability badge on every listing card, and a stretch of the week with no painted hours shows as Poor or drops the badge entirely — next to a stand reading Good, that reads as unreliable even if you'd genuinely have handed goods over. And a minimum order set higher than a casual buyer wants to spend simply filters that buyer out before they ever open the listing.
Fix
Paint real fulfillment hours instead of leaving most of the week blank. The wider your windows during a normal day or weekend, the better your availability badge reads next to other stands a buyer is comparing.
Check the minimum order on each listing. A high minimum is a legitimate choice if the packaging or handoff math needs it, but it does mean fewer people qualify to buy at all — lower it if it's set higher than it needs to be.
Being inside more buyers' search areas isn't something you configure — it follows from where buyers center their own search, not anything on your store. There's nothing to change there.
