Choosing what you get notified about

Notifications are split into a small set of categories under Account → Preferences, each with its own on/off switch.

1. 1Go to Account → Preferences.
2. 2Under Push notifications, turn New orders on or off — someone has bought from you and is waiting on a reply. This one only shows for sellers.
3. 3Turn Order updates on or off — chat messages and status changes on orders already underway.
4. 4Turn Reminders on or off — pickup reminders and payment-hold warnings.
5. 5Turn Account notices on or off — store setup and payout status. Anything blocking your sales still comes through regardless of this switch.
6. 6In the app, turning a category on for the first time may also prompt you for push permission if you haven't granted it yet.

What to expect

A save that fails leaves your last working preferences in place and shows an error rather than silently losing your change.
