Blocking someone
Blocking someone stops new orders between the two of you. It is private: we do not tell them.
Where to block someone
You can block a person from three places:
- Their store page. Tap Block this seller, under Report this seller.
- Their profile. Tap Block with their name.
- An order with them. Open the order's details and tap Block with their name.
Read the sheet, then tap Block.
What changes
- Neither of you can start a new order with the other. A checkout with their items stops before you pay.
- Their store and listings leave your market, your map and your saved lists. A link to their store still opens, with a note that you blocked them.
- Items from their store come out of your basket.
- Follows between the two of you end, and so do back-in-stock alerts on each other's listings.
- You will not get a notice when they review you or reply to your review.
What stays the same
- Orders you already have with them still finish as normal. To stop one, cancel it from the order.
- Reviews stay up, both ways. If a review breaks the rules, report it.
- They can still see your store and your profile.
Unblocking
Open Blocked from your account menu and tap Unblock next to their name. You can also unblock from their store page or their profile.
Unblocking lets you order from each other again. It does not bring back follows, alerts or basket items.
If you feel unsafe
Contact us from the support page. Blocking does not stop an order that is already running, so tell us about it.
